Adult : access to the exhibition for people over 18.
Child : access to the exhibition for people between 7 and 18 years old. Free access for children under 7 (accompanied by an adult 18+).
Family Pass : access to the exhibition for maximum 2 adults. So, 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children.
Tickets for schools and groups : minimum 10 people, booking via link.
Buying tickets online is more advantageous than buying them at the entrance. We advise you to buy your tickets online.
The exhibition will be open until 2 September.
Children under 4 years old enter free. We nevertheless wish to inform you that the exhibition can be quite dark in places and contains fragments of films and music that could frighten them.
Yes, children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (+ 18 years)
There is a limit of 2 adults per family pass. Ideal combinations for the family pass are: 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children.
The maximum number of tickets you can order online is 10. Starting from 11 tickets, the attending party is considered a group and the official form on the website has to be completed.
For online purchases we accept credit cards, debit cards and money transfer. Payment at the box office can be done with credit cards, debit cards or cash.
To ensure every visitor can enjoy the exhibition in all comfort, we recommend visitors to buy tickets online in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available at the box office each day.
Tickets are also on sale via Fnac (in Fnac stores and online) .

To make sure every visitor can enjoy the exhibition comfortably, it is necessary to select a specific day and time slot when ordering.

On average a visit to the exhibition takes around 90 minutes.
Yes, the exhibition, the venue and the surrounding area are all accessible for wheelchairs and buggies.
There are two wheelchairs you can borrow for free at the box office. Your ID will be required as a deposit.
The car park closest to the venue is Parking T. Parking costs €6 per parking spot.
We advise visitors to arrive on time. Visitors arriving late may be asked to wait for a spot in a later time slot.
Backpacks, large bags , umbrellas etc. are not allowed in the exhibition. If you bring one of these, you will be asked to put them in a locker. The lockers work with a € 1 coin (not refunded).
There will be a small cafeteria reserved for visitors to buy food and/or drinks. Picnicking in the cafeteria will not be allowed.
The audioguides are included in the ticket price.
Audioguides will be available in Dutch, French and English.
At the end of the exhibition there is a shop where merchandising is sold.

Pets are not allowed in the exhibition. This is why we kindly ask you to leave them at home. Assistance dogs are of course allowed.
